Hey — I know someone you should speak to. Gary from Recalibrate PT specialises in F.I.T. clients (40+, injured, time-poor) who want a structured plan to get strong again without flare-ups. His flagship program is M.A.R.S. Want me to connect you two?

Post-rehab / ‘cleared but not confident’:

You’re cleared, but you’re not confidently strong yet. I know a coach, Gary (Recalibrate PT), who bridges people from rehab to real strength — especially 40+ and time-poor. Want an intro? It’s structured (M.A.R.S.), not random workouts.
