My passion for helping people through strength, fitness and movement stems from the fact that through my formative competitive sporting career. No one effectively answered why poor performance, injury or dysfunction occurred in the first place nor provided me with a practical solution to address it.
I love sport in all its forms and have personally competed in a diverse range of individual and team disciplines;
I genuinely wish I knew then what I know now: how to help those who desperately want the competitive edge achieve it in a way that both allows longevity in high performance whilst minimising risk.
